About
Behind every My NaviCare conversation is someone who genuinely understands what you're facing.
Jasmine’s Story
I'm Jasmine Siggs — an independent aged care navigator, advance care planning guide, and end-of-life doula based in regional Queensland.
I started My NaviCare because I've seen too many families struggle alone through aged care decisions. Whether it's the confusion of assessment letters, the stress of finding quality local services, or those deeply personal conversations about future care and end-of-life wishes — these moments can leave people feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure who to turn to.
Living and working in regional communities has shown me how much harder these challenges become when services are hours away and information feels designed for city living. Families in the Darling Downs, Western Downs, Southern Downs, and South Burnett deserve the same access to expert, compassionate guidance as anyone in Brisbane or the Gold Coast. That's what My NaviCare is here to provide.
My Approach
Practical expertise. Heartfelt care. No agenda.
There are a few things that make My NaviCare different.
I'm completely independent.
I'm not tied to any aged care provider, and I don't receive referral fees. My only priority is finding what's right for your family.
I know the regional landscape.
Years of working in regional Queensland means I know which local providers truly deliver, which pathways to avoid, and how to navigate a system that often wasn't designed with country families in mind.
I take the time to really listen.
Every family's situation is unique. Before I recommend anything, I take the time to understand your circumstances, your values, and what matters most to you.
I'm with you for the whole journey.
From that first call to My Aged Care right through to finding quality local services — and through end-of-life conversations when the time comes — I'm here for as long as you need me.
Who I Work With
I work with families, individuals, and professionals across regional Queensland.
Families and individuals who are navigating aged care for a parent, partner, or loved one — or planning ahead for themselves.
Older adults who want to get the right care and support in place while they still have the energy and clarity to make those decisions.
Referral professionals including lawyers, financial planners, GPs, social workers, and other allied health professionals who need a trusted, independent resource for their clients navigating aged care or end-of-life planning.
