Why My NaviCare

Hi, I'm Jasmine - founder of My NaviCare and an independent aged care navigator and end-of-life doula serving families across regional and rural Queensland.

I started My NaviCare because I've seen too many families struggle alone through aged care decisions - confused by the paperwork, overwhelmed by the system, and unsure who to trust. Living and working in regional communities, I've seen first-hand how much harder these challenges become when services are hours away and information feels designed for city living.

My NaviCare is different. I'm not tied to any provider, I don't have quotas to fill, and I'm not in a hurry. I'm here to understand your situation, honour your values, and walk beside you with expert guidance and heartfelt care - for as long as you need me.
